                             RESOLUTION NO.   20446  
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO 
                   EXTEND THE EXISTING CONTRACT WITH WARREN 
                   PARKER UNLIMITED FOR MUSEUM DESIGN SERVICES 
                   RELATIVE TO THE BESSIE SMITH HALL NOT TO 
                   EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FOUR THOUSAND, SEVEN 
                   HUNDRED DOLLARS ($4,700.00) WITH PROVISIONS 
                   FOR THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000.00) FOR 
                   CONTRACT SERVICES AND ONE THOUSAND, SEVEN 
                   HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,700.00) FOR REIMBURSABLE 
                   EXPENSES.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to extend the 
       existing contract with Warren Parker Unlimited for Museum design 
       services relative to the Bessie Smith Hall not to exceed the 
       amount of $4,700.00 with provisions for $3,000.00 for contract 
       services and $1,700.00 for reimbursable expenses.
